Ingredients:
1/2 a bunch of spinach, stalk removed.
1/2 a lemon, peeled.

Method:
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly and peel the lemon and ginger. Remove the stalks of the spinach and core the 2 apples. Juice the ingredients together and chill. This recipe will yield approximately 500ml and the juice should be consumed within 2 hours of preparing.
